Job summary

EvolutionIQ is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to own the backend of our AI insurance SaaS platform. You will build a complex, multi-tenant enterprise system and feed ML data to BI tools. You’ll partner with product, data science, and UX to shape our product roadmap.

You will work on greenfield projects with high ownership and focus on scalable, secure deployments. The role requires strong Python development and systems design, plus experience with AI tools to streamline development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience and expert in Python development.
• Experience through the full feature development life cycle with product collaboration.
• Strong systems design and relational database experience.
• Proven experience using AI/agentic tools to streamline development efforts.
• Experience designing, building and launching backend architectures for multi-tenant, multi-user scenarios.
• Ability to write technical design documents and perform code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Build a complex multi-tenant enterprise SaaS application to revolutionize workflows.
• Build and maintain the backend REST server feeding ML data and BI.
• Own the full lifecycle of designing, building and launching enterprise applications.
• Work on greenfield projects with high ownership.
• Collaborate with head of product, data science, UX designers, and end users.
• Shape EvolutionIQ’s products via technology choices and roadmaps.
• Provide technical expertise and promote best practices to increase client impact.
