Job summary

Codebridge is seeking an AI Infrastructure Engineer to join a client-driven backend platform in a regulated insurtech context. You will design and own the platform runtime, including agent compilation, configuration, and deployment at scale, while building tooling for configurable product journeys.

The role requires strong Python/Go skills, secure DevOps/CI-CD practices, and a security-first mindset, with upper-intermediate English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building substantial backend infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, API design, and auditability.
• Proficiency in Python and Go with secure DevOps/CI-CD practices.
• Experience delivering robust systems to a large user base.
• Familiarity with LLMs and agent frameworks; production agent platforms knowledge preferred.
• Security-first design orientation integrated into design process.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the platform runtime, including how agents are compiled, configured, and deployed at scale.
• Build the configuration layer enabling carriers to control product journeys without code changes.
• Own the data model underpinning the platform and tooling to meet evolving customer requirements.
• Define the security model, including PII handling, data residency, and access controls.
• Develop self-improvement loops with performance tracking and automated evaluation across deployments.
• Establish observability and audit trails for a regulated insurer to operate AI at scale with confidence.
• Continuously enhance engineering practices through automated validation, CI pipelines, and agentic review processes.
