The AI & Innovation Project Manager will be responsible for identifying, guiding, and supporting the firm’s use of artificial intelligence across legal and operational areas. This role works closely with the Executive Director to help establish AI as a standard part of how the firm operates and delivers legal services.
The AI & Innovation Project Manager will work with the Executive Director, Firm Managing Partner, Practice Group Leaders, Department Heads, and Managers to identify AI opportunities, support training and rollout, and partner with IT on implementation. They will also help guide the firm’s active AI Committee, contributing to strategy, momentum, and cross-departmental coordination.
The ideal candidate brings strong legal industry experience, practical knowledge of AI tools, and the communication and change management skills needed to help professionals work confidently with new technologies.
