Job summary

Fisher Phillips LLP seeks a hands-on Innovation Pipeline Director in Atlanta, hybrid role. The leader will drive the firm’s Innovation Pipeline, guide a small team in building AI solutions, and decide which concepts deserve investment.

Strong technical fluency and trust with attorneys and business leaders are essential. The role centers on prototyping, evaluating tools, coordinating data access, and delivering pilots to production with clear business value and cost awareness.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology products or workflow improvements from discovery through user testing.
• Leadership of a small delivery team.
• Portfolio of working AI prototypes or applications and depth to review solutions.
• Strong prioritization, stakeholder management, and written communication.
• Hands-on and able to work alongside while leading the team.

Responsibilities

• Own idea intake and prioritization of the pipeline with value, feasibility, data readiness, and impact.
• Translate ideas into project briefs with scope, benefits, success criteria, timelines, and owners.
• Lead short delivery cycles, remove obstacles, coach the team, participate in prototyping and decisions.
• Choose simplest workable approach using approved AI tools, automation, or custom development.
• Set evaluation standards and compare results with current workflows, including cost and usability.
• Coordinate data access and confidentiality with firm teams, defining review points for pilots.
• Manage team capacity and approved spending; provide concise leadership updates.
• Prepare pilots for production delivery with IT or other owners, including documentation and operating costs.
