You will translate operational challenges into AI use cases, driving measurable improvements in productivity, visibility, and cost efficiency. The role requires managing AI projects end-to-end, establishing governance standards, and building a strong business case for AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of AI, ML, LLMs, and related technologies.
• Proven ability to lead large technology programs and deliver complex IT projects.
• Experience with data governance, security, and enterprise IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI Innovation Team and define a clear AI strategy aligned with logistics operations.
• Identify and prioritize AI use cases across transportation, warehouse, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Data, and external vendors to define requirements and implementation plans.
• Translate business needs into AI/ML, generative AI, computer vision, and analytics initiatives.
• Manage full lifecycle of AI projects from concept to deployment and optimization.
• Develop AI governance standards including data privacy and security compliance.
• Build business cases with ROI, cost savings, and productivity gains.
• Lead vendor evaluation, contract support, and delivery management for AI platforms.
• Promote AI adoption through training and change management for business users.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in logistics AI and automation.
