Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation in Chicago seeks an experienced AI Engineering Delivery Lead to guide end-to-end delivery of the Intelligent Delivery Platform project, aligning with business needs and ensuring performance metrics are met.

You will collaborate with delivery leads, architects, data scientists, and executives, translating complex technical concepts into actionable plans while driving outcomes in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in MIS, CS, Data and Analytics, Programming, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of relevant technical experience in application development using J2EE, SQL, JSON, PCF, Azure, AWS, REST APIs, microservices, Mulesoft, Salesforce, Tableau, DB2, Oracle, MongoDB or similar.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex tech for diverse audiences including C-Suite.
• Strong business and engineering acumen; strategic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience conducting Architecture Assessments.
• Experience with Solution Architecture and software engineering constructs.
• Expertise in Portfolio Management disciplines: Application, Technology lifecycle, and Project portfolios.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment; proactive and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Assist the delivery lead with AI Engineering and end-to-end delivery of the Intelligent Delivery Platform project.
• Ensure project performance metrics are met to deliver business value.
• Provide technical insight to troubleshoot delivery issues and guide architectural decisions.
