Job summary

RT Specialty, a division of Ryan Specialty, seeks an AI Delivery Lead to orchestrate AI initiatives across the division. You will manage intake, triage, and governance, partnering with business leaders, engineers, and front-office users to ensure opportunities are assessed, resourced, and executed in alignment with RT’s strategies.

The role requires hands-on AI initiative management, fluency with AI tooling, and the ability to lead cross-functional decision-making sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or relevant industry experience.
• Hands-on experience managing AI or technology initiatives from intake through delivery.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code AI tooling and Vibe Coding platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own divisional AI intake and primary contact for AI opportunity requests.
• Provide hands-on solutioning support for front-office teams.
• Drive innovation and transformational AI processes and applications.
• Evaluate AI tools and vendors to maintain RT’s leadership in AI resources.
• Facilitate triage sessions with senior stakeholders to assess feasibility and alignment.
• Guide talent allocation based on complexity and enterprise standards.
• Monitor in-flight initiatives and re-route resources as needed.
• Maintain and prioritize the AI product backlog.
• Prevent redundant AI initiatives through cross-team collaboration.
• Connect AI initiative portfolio to the broader PMO portfolio.
