Job summary

Selective Insurance seeks an embedded AI leader in its Personal Lines unit to drive AI adoption, shape use cases, and lead transformation across workflows and governance. You will align AI initiatives with executive priorities, elevate adoption, and report on value realization while navigating regulatory and risk considerations.

The role requires experience in insurance operations, AI platforms, and change management, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes through scalable AI

Qualifications

• Knowledge of AI concepts, tools, and platforms including generative AI and LLMs.
• Experience bridging business and tech teams on AI initiatives.
• Strong change management and adoption skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as AI evangelist within Personal Lines; promote AI-enabled transformation.
• Identify and document AI use cases aligned to business strategy and sponsorship.
• Maintain view of AI portfolio, track adoption, and report value realization.
• Lead AI Champions cohort and foster cross-unit collaboration.
