Ethos is a new expert network built by a McKinsey/SoftBank/DeepMind team and backed by world-leading investors. We are seeking directors of events to help train our language model on professional docs, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

This fully remote role requires 4+ years in real estate transactions, hospitality operations, or event production, with mastery of run-of-show scheduling and banquet orders. Start ASAP; 5-20 hours per week; compensation $70/hour.

Qualificações

• Direct experience producing property listing packages, lease abstract summaries, or venue sourcing proposals for a real estate, hospitality, or events organization.
• Hands-on command of event run-of-show scheduling, banquet event orders, and the guest experience service standards that define premium hospitality.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop property listing packages, lease abstracts, and venue sourcing proposals.
