Job summary

DigitalOcean is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional infrastructure programs, spanning data centers, hardware deployment, and capacity planning.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and operations leaders to deliver value, manage risks, and keep multiple teams aligned across locations. The role emphasizes strong communication and AI-enabled process improvements, with a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering cross-functional programs as a Technical Program Manager in infrastructure/hardware/data center projects.
• Proven track record planning, delivering, and resolving blockers; strong change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive value delivery for major infrastructure programs including planning, risk management, execution, and measurement of success.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and infrastructure leaders across the life of the program on value delivery and improvements.
• Act as the central hub of communication to align supply chain, facilities, hardware engineers, and vendors.
• Coordinate steps from site planning to deployment with colocation providers and internal teams.
• Drive decision-making across multiple teams and locations, including senior leaders.
• Proactively manage scope changes and risks and form mitigation plans as required.
• Build repeatable, scalable processes and the visibility to deliver infrastructure online faster and more reliably.
• Evangelize PM best practices within teams and across partner teams.
