Ladders seeks an AI Infrastructure Operations, Demand Planning professional in San Francisco to own the operational planning rhythm connecting forecasts to technical readiness for large-scale infrastructure capacity. You will partner with research, finance, and sourcing to ensure deliverability, align timing, and keep capacity decisions moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience delivering large-scale infrastructure solutions.
• Proficient in SQL and basic Python for data reporting.
• Experience with cloud regions, accelerator clusters, or HPC systems.
• Technical knowledge spanning from cluster orchestration to telemetry and planning.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate demand planning forecasts into specific technical requirements.
• Evaluate and ensure deliverability of tranches before contract signing.
• Monitor and report forecast variance, feeding insights back into planning.
• Define and manage the system of record for capacity states during bring-up.
• Run multiple bring-up projects in parallel with a unified schedule.
• Automate capacity readiness processes for scalability.
• Report on key metrics, including time-to-occupied and expenditure per tranche.
