• Technical knowledge spanning from cluster orchestration to telemetry and planning.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate demand planning forecasts into specific technical requirements.
• Evaluate and ensure deliverability of tranches before contract signing.
• Monitor and report forecast variance, feeding insights back into planning.
• Define and manage the system of record for capacity states during bring-up.
• Run multiple bring-up projects in parallel with a unified schedule.
• Automate capacity readiness processes for scalability.
• Report on key metrics, including time-to-occupied and expenditure per tranche.

For our client, we are seeking a AI Infrastructure Operations, Demand Planning to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will own the operational planning rhythm that connects demand forecasts to the technical readiness needed to launch and expand large-scale infrastructure capacity. The person in this position will partner closely with research, finance, and sourcing stakeholders to ensure deliverability, align timing, and keep capacity decisions moving smoothly. It is a highly cross-functional operations role focused on forecasting, execution discipline, and scalable processes in a complex technical environment.

Location: San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $320,000 – $405,000 annually
