Job summary
Scale is seeking a Technical Program Manager, Gen AI Operations Planning in San Francisco or New York to own program-level planning across demand, staffing, and ingest. You will partner with EM, GenAI Delivery, GTM, and Growth Ops to translate demand into reliable production plans, validate staffing, and drive scalable, auditable processes.

Qualifications
- Experience in demand forecasting and production planning.
- Staffing and resource planning to manage headcount.
- Experience with opportunity ingests and forecasting tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Ensure project-level customer demand is captured accurately with granularity.
- Monitor Production Plan and Opportunity Forecast weekly.
- Review staffing budgets and cost/benefit analyses of staffing vs revenue.
- Validate staffing tracking accuracy and rectify data discrepancies.
- Design and maintain scalable planning tools and dashboards.
- Standardize information flow across demand forecasting, staffing, and ingest.
- Drive SOPs and handoffs to reduce manual work and increase reliability.
