Formación

• 5+ years of applied experience in infrastructure engineering.
• Knowledge of hardware, networking, databases, storage, deployment, automation, or related areas.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities with validation and data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to review AI-assisted recommendations before implementation.
• Strong programming and infrastructure technology skills.
• Deep cloud infrastructure knowledge across multiple clouds.
• Experience designing production solutions with resiliency, scalability, security, and operational excellence.
• Understanding risk, controls, and auditability in enterprise tech.
• Proven leadership delivering technical programs in a matrix organization.
• Strong fundamentals: API design, distributed systems, CI/CD, and observability.
• Experience mentoring engineers via code/design reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Applies deep technical expertise to analyze complex data and systems and advises on mitigations.
• Uses enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate analysis and document mitigation options with validation.
• Collaborates with other platforms to architect and implement changes and modernization of processes.
• Drives results and implements multiple complex programs.
• Drives thought leadership within the product line.
• Ensures infrastructure work aligns with compliance, risk, and security objectives.
• Leads reuse-first adoption of AI-assisted practices to reduce recurring issues with auditable changes.
• Architects, builds, and maintains agentic AI solutions for automation.
• Contributes to tooling strategy and evaluations for mainframe/midrange automation.
• Partners with operations, SRE, architecture, risk, and control to ensure safe AI implementations.
• Mentors engineers through pairing, code/design reviews, and technical coaching.
