Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with scalable infrastructure.
- Experience with cloud tech on AWS/Azure and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, YAML, JSON, Bash.
- Experience leading AI-assisted development tools and practices.
- Knowledge of secure coding, testing, and code reviews.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance to teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices across teams.
- Improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes.
- Apply SDLC/TLM toolchain knowledge to projects.
- Architect and implement changes with other platforms.
- Be responsible for infrastructure engineering per business requirements.
- Drive multiple complex programs and outcomes.
- Lead thought leadership within the product line.
- Contribute to engineering community and firmwide frameworks.
