Job summary

Rackspace Technology is seeking a Technical Evangelist to build technical awareness and enable partners, customers, and internal teams through training, content, and thought leadership. You will translate complex AI/GPUaaS technologies into clear narratives and represent Rackspace at events and forums.

You will develop and deliver training programs, produce blogs and whitepapers, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and partners to grow market adoption and credibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; additional relevant experience may substitute degree.
• 15+ years of experience in the field is required.

Responsibilities

• Builds and delivers training/certification programs for internal Sales, SDR, and channel partners on GPUaaS capabilities and positioning.
• Runs partner enablement — onboarding ISV/channel partners and keeping teams current on product/pricing.
• Produces thought-leadership content (blogs, LinkedIn posts, whitepapers, webinars) to build market credibility.
• Represents GPUaaS at industry events and customer-facing forums as a technical spokesperson.
• Supports customer-facing technical narrative in top- and mid-funnel moments (webinars, AMAs).
• Owns enablement and awareness layer to empower Sales/SDR/partners to sell GPUaaS.
