Job summary

Rackspace seeks a Vice President of Product Marketing to own the go-to-market narrative for GPUaaS, Inference-as-a-Service, and the AI product lines, translating deep technology into customer-ready messaging and collateral.

The leader will partner with Engineering, Product, Sales, Field Marketing, Brand, and Corporate Communications to stay ahead of the roadmap, ensure consistent external voice, and drive successful launches across the AI infrastructure portfolio.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of product marketing or technical marketing in cloud or AI infra.
• Ability to translate complex technology into customer-facing messaging.
• Experience creating sales enablement materials and competitive positioning.
• Proven track record leading GTM for major product launches.
• Public-facing communications experience with press/analysts and events.

Responsibilities

• Own market narrative for Rackspace AI platform and GPU/Inference lines.
• Translate partnerships (Palantir, Uniphore, AMD, VCF) into positioning.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to align messaging with roadmap.
• Develop persona-based collateral and battle cards for segments.
• Lead GTM launches and partner announcements across portfolio.
• Represent product marketing to press, analysts, and events.
