Job summary

Rackspace Technology seeks a senior Product Marketing leader to own the go-to-market narrative for GPUaaS, Inference-as-a-Service, and AI platforms. You will translate deep technology partnerships into clear category language and customer-ready collateral.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Brand to stay ahead of the roadmap, craft differentiating messaging, and drive external thought leadership in AI infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of product marketing or technical marketing in cloud/AI infrastructure.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, differentiated market narrative and customer-facing content.
• Direct experience building competitive positioning, battle cards, and sales enablement programs.
• Track record leading go-to-market for major product launches in GPU compute, AI infrastructure, or cloud platforms.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills for technical positioning and executive content.
• Familiarity with GPU-as-a-Service, Inference-as-a-Service, or similar AI infrastructure models.
• Experience developing segment-specific marketing for verticals like Healthcare and Financial Services.

Responsibilities

• Own the market narrative for Rackspace's platform, GPUaaS, AI product lines and translate it into differentiated category stories.
• Turn partnerships like Palantir, Uniphore, AMD, and VMware Cloud Foundation into actionable positioning.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to stay ahead of the roadmap and evolve messaging.
• Define how Rackspace's AI and infrastructure products compare to hyperscalers and GPUs in the market.
• Build competitive battle cards and sales enablement materials.
• Develop persona-based collateral for GPUaaS, Inference-as-a-Service, and platform products.
• Lead GTM planning and execution for product launches and partner announcements.
• Work with Field Marketing to integrate messaging into regional campaigns and pipelines.
• Create segment-focused campaigns and proof points for priority buyers.
