Job summary

Rackspace is seeking a Technical Evangelist for AI infrastructure and GPU Technologies. The role focuses on building technical awareness, education, and capability across internal teams, partners, and customers through enablement, training, and thought leadership.

The candidate will develop and deliver training and certification programs, enable partner organizations, and create content communicating product capabilities, use cases, and competitive positioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; additional relevant experience may substitute degree.
• 15+ years of experience in the field required.

Responsibilities

• Builds and delivers training/certification programs for internal Sales, SDR, and channel partners on GPUaaS capabilities and positioning.
• Runs partner enablement – onboarding new ISV/channel partners and keeping their teams current on product and pricing.
• Produces thought-leadership content (blog posts, LinkedIn posts, whitepapers, webinars) that builds market awareness and credibility for the GPUaaS offering.
• Represents GPUaaS at industry events, conferences, and customer-facing forums as a technical spokesperson.
• Supports customer-facing technical narratives in top-of-funnel and mid-funnel moments – distinct from Sales’ deal-specific technical validation.
• Owns the enablement and awareness layer that makes Sales and partners effective sellers of GPUaaS.
