Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience supporting data center operations, hardware deployment, or infrastructure support environments.
• Experience installing and maintaining server, storage, and networking hardware.
• Ability to execute detailed technical procedures with minimal supervision.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with ticketing systems, inventory systems, and operational documentation.

Responsibilities

• Install, rack, cable, and deploy servers, storage, accelerators, and networking equipment.
• Perform structured cabling installation, routing, labeling, and validation.
• Execute hardware diagnostics and repair procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for servers, networking equipment, accelerators, spare parts, and customer assets.
• Monitor operational conditions and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain and update as-built deployment records and documentation.
• Adhere to safety, security, and compliance policies.
• Collaborate with other site personnel and provide guidance to junior technicians.
