Job summary

Crusoe in the Bay Area, CA, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to help clients deploy and scale AI inference workloads on Crusoe's cloud platform. You will nurture customer relationships, bridge to technical teams, and maximize value from our AI/ML solutions.

You will guide customers on Kubernetes, model deployment, autoscaling, and observability while coordinating with Product, Engineering, CS, and Solutions teams to resolve challenges. This is a full-time, on-site role in the Bay Area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience supporting enterprise cloud, AI, ML, or infrastructure customers in CS or TAM roles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding business and technical needs during inference workloads.
• Provide technical guidance on cloud-based AI/ML solutions including Kubernetes, model deployment, autoscaling, and observability.
• Conduct reviews, track KPIs, and surface growth opportunities and risks.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, CS, and Solutions teams to advocate for customer needs.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops on product usage and benefits.
• Assist during escalations and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams.
