Aveni Assist is an AI-powered platform for financial advice firms. The Implementation Specialist will onboard new clients, tailor Assist to each firm’s processes, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure smooth live deployments.

The role suits someone with paraplanner experience, strong communication skills, and a practical approach to configuring software in a regulated advisory context. Remote-first across the UK, with opportunities for training and client workshops.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Paraplanner or in a similar role within a financial planning or wealth management firm.
• Ability to run discovery with clients and translate objectives into deliverables.
• Experience configuring AI-driven document templates and QA criteria.
• Comfort coordinating with Product and Engineering teams on technical readiness.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery with clients to understand objectives and translate into requirements.
• Create and manage implementation plans with milestones and owners.
• Build and refine AI-driven document templates to match firm standards and regulatory expectations.
• Define quality assessment questions and testing criteria, coordinate testing and refinement.
• Coordinate between clients and Aveni Product/Engineering teams for technical readiness.
