Job summary

Aveni is seeking an Implementation Specialist to launch File Checking with financial advisers. You will learn each firm’s file-review framework, configure checks to match, and compare AI outcomes with human checkers to refine results. The role shapes how AI is used in advice quality assurance and involves training and playbook development.

Remote-first across the UK, the role offers flexibility, strong client interaction, and the chance to influence an emerging product in a regulated industry.

Qualifications

• Experience as a File Checker, Compliance Officer, or T&C Supervisor within financial planning or wealth management.
• Strong understanding of advice-file requirements, including suitability reports and risk profiling.
• Paraplanning or financial advice experience alongside file checking is desirable.
• Attention to detail with analytical ability to explain AI vs. human review differences.

Responsibilities

• Translate client objectives into clear requirements for product and engineering teams.
• Create and manage implementation plans; act as primary client contact and update stakeholders.
• Coordinate technical readiness, testing, go-live and early-life support before handover.
• Configure file-checking questions, scoring, evidence requirements and edge cases.
• Compare AI outcomes with human reviews and refine configuration to improve accuracy.
