Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an AI-fluent Implementation Consultant for Vault Safety, focusing on governance, validation, and compliant AI adoption in a highly regulated domain. You will guide customers through AI strategy, validation, and ongoing oversight across safety workflows.

This remote, full-time role requires experience in regulated environments and a proactive mindset to stay ahead of evolving pharmacovigilance requirements. Some travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategic or implementation consulting for AI solutions in regulated environments.
• Proven experience in regulated industries (Life Sciences, Healthcare, Finance, Insurance, Aerospace) where compliance and governance are critical.
• Hands-on experience designing governance models, agent oversight, and performance metrics/dashboards for AI.
• Ability to quickly learn complex domains and regulatory frameworks, esp. Pharmacovigilance.
• Speed and agility to translate requirements into software solutions and configurations.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills for business and technical stakeholders.
• Travel up to 50%; usually less.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on AI strategy and governance for Vault Safety workflows.
• Establish validation/testing frameworks for AI agents with CSV and GxP compliance.
• Create dashboards to monitor AI agent accuracy, throughput, and safety case management.
• Rapidly learn Vault Safety capabilities and pharmacovigilance constraints.
• Lead workshops and discussions on safety processes, AI adoption, and configuration.
• Lead gap analyses, solution design, and customer training for AI-driven Vault Safety implementations.
• Ensure customer success and value realization across the implementation lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to innovate and translate trends into actionable tasks.
