Job summary

Veeva Systems is transforming Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance with Vault Safety. We seek a Senior Consultant – Safety & PV SME to lead implementations, define processes, and guide customers and teams through complex projects.

This is a remote, full-time role with travel up to 50% and no fixed office requirement. The candidate will drive delivery, mentor staff, and collaborate with solution architects to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in life sciences, Drug Safety, Pharmacovigilance or related fields.
• Experience implementing or supporting PV/safety databases and systems.
• Ability to lead customer engagements and deliver projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead Vault Safety implementations for life sciences customers.
• Define strategies and processes for global PV programs.
• Provide SME guidance on Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance.
• Manage cross-functional project teams and customer communications.
• Mentor junior consultants and ensure successful engagements.
• Support presales with scope and estimation insights.
