Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Additionally, you will compare AI-generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt more closely, inspect for issues like distorted anatomy, flickering or mismatched audio, and provide precise English explanations of your observations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions in writing.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and rating naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs for distortions, flickering, or text/audio mismatches.
• Writing clear explanations in English pointing to observed issues.
