Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Role involves scoring outputs, noting AI artifacts, and writing concise explanations in English. Your work helps shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve in real-world use.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios in natural conversation.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows prompts better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted visuals or misaligned audio.
• Writing concise, evidence-based explanations in English describing what you saw or heard.
