Job summary

Acer is expanding its portfolio of AI workstations & servers. The Business Manager for AI Workstations & Servers will own revenue, margins, channel strategy, and profitability across enterprise segments.

This role partners with product, engineering, manufacturing, global sales, and channel partners to drive growth for Acer's AI-focused hardware solutions, including Acer/Altos GPU workstations, rack-scale server platforms, and AI appliances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 3-7+ years in business management, product management, business development, or sales in enterprise tech.
• Strong knowledge of AI workflows and enterprise AI use cases.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue, margin, and market share for Acer's AI workstation and server portfolio.
• Develop and execute business plans to support AI growth objectives.
• Define channel/go-to-market strategies across distributors, resellers, SI, and enterprise customers.
• Forecast revenue, demand, and inventory; collaborate with sales, supply chain, and operations.
• Track market trends and performance to drive informed decisions.
• Provide executive-level reviews, dashboards, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
