Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Systems Support Specialist to join our client’s System Design Engineering team in Austin, TX.

You will provide technical support across Windows and Linux, troubleshoot hardware, firmware, drivers, and software, and collaborate with engineers to resolve issues for AMD Ryzen AI Halo platforms. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in technical support or related roles, strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell), and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical support, system validation, or software support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux and x86 platform architecture.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer communication skills.
• Experience with AMD platforms, ROCm, GPU/NPU compute, or AI/ML frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for AMD Ryzen AI Halo platforms across Windows and Linux.
• Analyze and troubleshoot hardware, firmware, drivers, and software issues.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to diagnose root causes and develop fixes or patches.
• Assist customers with platform configuration, performance tuning, and best practices for AI workloads.
• Generate reports and documentation to track issue trends and support continuous improvement.
