Google Cloud is seeking a Technical Program Manager for GTM AI Tech in Sunnyvale, CA. This role leads complex, multi-disciplinary programs bridging customer needs with engineering and product teams.

You will plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate with executives and engineers alike. You will drive Forward Deployed Engineering programs, overseeing execution cadence, risk mitigation, and cross-region delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management or customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience in Generative AI.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage programs with deep technical and product understanding in AI contexts.
• Provide clear project status updates to cross-functional partners and leadership.
• Define workstreams, resource plans and milestones with Eng and PM teams.
• Surface risks early and drive path to green in high-risk enterprise engagements.
• Shape briefing materials for executive customer meetings and follow-through on commitments.
