Notion is seeking a Growth-focused marketer to shape and scale self-optimizing paid marketing systems. This role turns our performance experimentation program into the operating system that guides strategy, budgets, audiences, and creative across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and ChatGPT.

You’ll base in San Francisco or New York, collaborate with BizOps, Strat Fin, Growth, Ecosystems, and Marketing, and lead the end-to-end process from hypothesis generation to spend decisions and measurement.

Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling paid marketing systems and experiments.
