Job summary

Pursuit, a fast-growing AI startup transforming hospitality, is hiring a Special Projects Associate to work across customer operations, marketing and business initiatives in New York City. This is an early-stage role with ownership of high-impact projects that directly drive growth.

You will collaborate with senior leadership on GTM strategy, AI automation, and internal process improvements, gaining broad exposure to operations, marketing and revenue initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in startup operations, customer success, GTM, marketing, or similar fast-paced environments.
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented and proactive with strong follow-through.
• AI-savvy and technically curious with ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and interest in process automation.
• High ownership mentality for hands-on tasks and larger projects.

Responsibilities

• Work across customer operations, marketing and GTM initiatives.
• Partner with senior leadership on high-priority business projects.
• Help build and improve internal processes, systems and automated workflows.
