Qualifications

• 3+ years of software/eGrowth eng or related technical role.
• Experience building AI-powered agents, automated workflows, or LLM apps.
• Proficiency with Python/JavaScript or similar.
• Experience with APIs, data integrations, and automation platforms.
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration.
• Experience with automation tools and AI development platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered growth systems and automation that support demand generation and pipeline.
• Own marketing automation infrastructure and integrate with Salesforce, HubSpot, and other platforms.
• Develop intelligent agents for account research, outreach, and campaign creation.
• Scale outbound and pipeline generation with automated workflows.
• Automate campaign execution with monitoring and approval processes.
• Connect product and marketing data to personalize activities.
• Experiment with new AI models and orchestration tools to improve growth.
• Measure performance with monitoring, reporting, and feedback loops.
• Ensure reliability, testing, and security of automated workflows.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Product, and Engineering.
