Vantage is seeking an AI Growth Marketing Manager to redefine marketing with an AI-first approach. You will lead a team of AI agents to automate workflows, scale campaigns, and drive pipeline, collaborating with product, sales, and RevOps to ensure alignment with business goals.

The role is remote-first with a strong emphasis on experimentation, data-driven decision making, and ownership in a fast-paced startup environment. Experience with AI-powered marketing and modern martech is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing, demand generation, product marketing, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience building and implementing AI-powered workflows, agents, or marketing automation.
• Demonstrated success driving measurable growth outcomes, including pipeline generation or customer acquisition.
• MCP-first mindset; ability to leverage platforms via AI systems rather than manual consoles.
• Comfort with Salesforce, Hubspot, Clay or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of modern marketing technology including CRM, automation, and analytics.
• Ability to translate business objectives into automated workflows and measurable marketing programs.
• Strong analytical skills and willingness to experiment, iterate, and make data-informed decisions.
• Excellent written communication and messaging for technical audiences.
• Comfort working independently in a fast-paced startup with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own AI-driven growth initiatives and develop strategies leveraging AI agents, automation, and experimentation to drive awareness and pipeline.
• Scale marketing automation by building and continuously improving AI-powered workflows across demand generation, outbound prospecting, social media, and marketing operations.
• Drive pipeline generation by partnering with Sales and RevOps to develop scalable campaigns and improve targeting and conversion.
• Oversee AI-assisted campaign development, execution, testing, and optimization across channels while preserving brand quality and human oversight.
• Translate product capabilities and customer use cases into compelling messaging for technical buyers.
• Identify and implement new AI technologies to improve marketing effectiveness and scalability.
• Establish clear metrics for campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and RevOps to align initiatives with business priorities.
• Continuously improve processes by automating repetitive work to increase output without sacrificing quality.
