Rippling, Inc. is seeking a Design Lead for Growth to shape how customers adopt AI across the platform. You will influence admins and employees to trust AI with real work using data-driven growth patterns and hands-on prototyping.

You will collaborate with PMs, engineers, and data scientists to define problems, ship experiences, and test outcomes. Strong storytelling and experiment design are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of end-to-end product design experience shipping complex, high-impact products from concept to launch.
• A portfolio of shipped work showing behavioral changes like activation, adoption, retention, or conversion.
• Experience setting growth direction for a whole product area and getting teams to follow it.
• Hands-on growth design across onboarding, activation, and monetization; B2B or AI products preferred.

Responsabilités

• Drive design for AI adoption across Rippling, from initial setup to daily use.
• Define activated AI user and guardrail metrics.
• Build growth patterns to avoid duplicated work by product teams.
• Run experiments with PMs and data partners; assess results for ROI and user impact.
• Design upgrade and usage-limit moments that feel fair and transparent.
• Engage with customers to identify AI assistance opportunities and translate to priorities.
• Use LLMs to sharpen requirements and prototype in code with AI tools.
• Raise the bar for growth design and coach newer designers.
