Job summary

PA-AI is seeking a Freelance AI Growth Engineer & Creative Technologist to design and implement an AI-powered growth system that identifies relevant conversations, creates platform-specific content, and activates communities for PA-AI users.

The role involves integrating tools across AI platforms, CRM, analytics, and automation, with a focus on measurable results and lightweight customization. Periodic in-person collaboration is required in Thousand Oaks, CA.

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to build AI agents, automations, integrated workflows, or growth systems.
Experience connecting APIs, CRM systems, analytics, publishing platforms, databases, or outreach apps.
Ability to assemble platforms into a functioning system rather than defaulting to custom development.
Experience using Claude or similar AI coding tools to customize workflows.
Based in Southern California with availability for periodic meetings in Thousand Oaks.

Responsibilities

Design and build an AI-powered growth system to identify conversations and convert to PA-AI users.
Integrate existing AI tools, SaaS platforms, CRM, analytics, and automation into a coordinated workflow.
Identify best-fit tools, configure integrations, and add lightweight customization.
Create automated content, campaigns, dashboards and outreach for student and professional audiences.
