Strategic Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking an AI Governance Analyst for a W-2 contract in Charlotte, NC.

The role focuses on enabling enterprise Data & AI Governance adoption, aligning governance with business execution, and strengthening cross‑functional engagement across Compliance, Legal, Cybersecurity, Risk, Architecture, IT, and business stakeholders. The candidate will bridge governance direction with business execution by developing enablement materials, playbooks, and adoption

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in data governance, AI governance, data management, risk, compliance, enterprise architecture, business transformation, technology strategy, or related governance disciplines.
Demonstrated experience operationalizing governance, risk, compliance, data, AI, or technology practices across business units or enterprise functions.
Experience translating enterprise policies, standards, or operating models into practical guidance, adoption plans, and enablement materials.
Proven ability to work across business, technology, risk, legal, compliance, cybersecurity, architecture, and data stakeholders.
Experience supporting governance or transformation efforts in large, complex, matrixed, or regulated organizations.
