Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an AI Governance Associate to shape responsible adoption of artificial intelligence across the firm. You will turn regulatory expectations into actionable governance and implementation plans, partnering with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Technology, and business lines to drive transparency and readiness.

You will support firmwide governance initiatives, track regulatory changes, and develop materials to keep workstreams on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 3+ years in governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, or project management.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML techniques including generative AI and tool-using workflows.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, dashboards, or technology-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support AI governance and regulatory implementation across the firm.
• Assess emerging AI regulations and identify impacts on governance, operating models, and processes.
• Coordinate responses to regulatory inquiries, examinations, and governance forums; gather information and analyze it.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and materials supporting governance and change management.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Technology, and business lines to drive alignment and implementation.
