You will also help improve reporting and technology-enabled solutions that strengthen governance execution and oversight.

Job responsibilities
  • Support execution of artificial intelligence governance, regulatory implementation, and legal and regulatory change management initiatives across the firm
  • Assess emerging artificial intelligence regulations, regulatory guidance, and industry developments to identify impacts to governance frameworks, operating models, and business processes
  • Contribute to legal and regulatory change management activities, including requirement tracking, impact assessments, implementation planning, and execution support.
  • Coordinate responses to regulatory inquiries, examinations, supervisory requests, and internal governance forums, including information gathering and analysis
  • Develop reporting, dashboards, and materials that support governance, change management, and legal and regulatory change management activities
  • Partner with stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Risk, Technology, and the lines of business to drive alignment and facilitate implementation
  • Manage projects and workstreams by clarifying ownership, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Identify and advance improvements to governance processes, reporting capabilities, and technology-enabled solutions
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Working knowledge of AI/ML techniques, including generative AI (LLMs) and agentic AI (tool-using agents/workflows)
  • Experience working with data analysis, reporting, dashboards, or technology-enabled solutions
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, including tracking dependencies and delivering against timelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting clear updates and stakeholder-ready materials
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships across functions and influence without direct authority
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience in the financial services industry
  • Experience supporting regulatory examinations, regulatory requests, audit activities, or governance reporting
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Alteryx, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with legal and regulatory change management processes
