Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in model risk management, risk, and audit.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, information management, data science or related field.
• Knowledge of compliance monitoring, privacy, and AI model governance standards.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Experience deploying AI model governance across a large enterprise.
• Understanding of AI governance principles including EU AI Act and AI Executive Order.
• Strong collaboration and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote awareness and adoption of AI governance policies and standards.
• Maintain inventory of ML/GenAI models with ownership and risk ratings.
• Assess model risk by complexity, regulatory needs, and usage.
• Implement and maintain MRM frameworks, controls, and procedures.
• Support model validation, testing, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Assist in AI governance audits and risk assessments.
