Job summary

Crowe is seeking an AI Governance Manager to lead client engagements, shape governance programs, and align AI practices with regulatory standards. You will guide projects end-to-end, mentor teams, and collaborate across Crowe’s cyber, risk, privacy, security, and audit groups.

The role emphasizes translating policy requirements into practical controls, driving sales enablement, and influencing the AI governance offering while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on AI governance/Responsible AI experience (policy, controls, risk, compliance, or assurance).
• 5+ years in compliance, risk management, and/or related advisory roles with client-facing delivery and team leadership.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in a relevant field a plus.
• Financial Services industry experience with regulatory, risk management, governance knowledge.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into policies, processes, and controls.
• Experience supervising and reviewing others and managing projects across multiple work streams.
• Strong written and verbal communication to clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements to stand up or mature AI governance programs across lifecycle.
• Plan current-state assessments, model reviews, control testing, and readiness audits.
• Design operating rhythms and help clients implement roles and KPIs.
• Partner with teams to shape solutions, proposals, pricing, and pipeline materials.
• Evolve methodologies, accelerators, and templates with updates from standards/regulators.
• Publish insights, speak at webinars, and support marketing campaigns.
• Supervise, coach, and develop consultants; manage engagement economics.
