Job summary

Crowe is seeking an AI Governance Manager in the United States to lead client delivery, drive sales enablement, and shape the AI Governance offering. You will manage projects end-to-end, mentor teams, and collaborate across Crowe's Cyber, Risk, Legal/Privacy, Security, and Audit groups to deliver integrated solutions.

The role requires 3+ years in AI governance and 5+ years in risk/compliance, plus strong communication and travel willingness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on AI governance/Responsible AI experience.
• 5+ years in compliance, risk management, and/or related advisory roles with client-facing delivery and team leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree in a relevant field a plus.
• Financial Services industry experience with regulatory knowledge.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable policies, processes, and controls.
• Progressive responsibilities including supervising and multi-stream project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication, plus relationship management.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements to build or mature AI governance programs across the lifecycle.
• Plan assessments, model reviews, control testing, and readiness audits for AI uses.
• Design operating rhythms and three lines of responsibility with measurable KPIs.
• Partner with teams to qualify opportunities, shape solutions, and develop proposals.
• Evolve methodologies, accelerators, templates, and training; update playbooks.
• Publish insights, speak on webinars/events, and support marketing campaigns.
• Supervise, coach, and develop consultants; manage engagement economics.
