Job summary

Crowe is seeking an AI Governance Consulting Manager to lead client delivery, drive sales enablement, and shape our AI governance offering. You will manage end-to-end projects, mentor teams, and collaborate across Crowe to bring integrated solutions to market.

You will guide engagements across lifecycle, align AI practices with regulatory requirements, and develop accelerators and templates that evolve with standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on AI governance experience in policy, controls, risk or assurance of AI/ML systems.
• 5+ years in compliance, risk management, or advisory roles with client-facing delivery and leadership.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in relevant field a plus.
• Financial Services industry experience with regulatory, risk and governance knowledge.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable policies and controls.
• Progressive responsibilities including supervising others and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements to stand up or mature AI governance programs across the lifecycle.
• Plan and execute assessments, model reviews, control testing and readiness audits.
• Design operating rhythms and help clients implement three lines of accountability with KPIs.
• Partner with teams to qualify opportunities, shape solutions, pricing, and proposals.
• Evolve methodologies, accelerators, and training; keep playbooks updated with standards.
• Publish insights, speak at events, support marketing campaigns to grow brand.
• Supervise, coach, and develop consultants; manage engagement economics and recruiting.
