Job summary

Crowe is seeking an AI Governance Manager in the United States (Washington) to lead client engagements, design governance programs, and drive compliant AI adoption. You will mentor teams, collaborate across Crowe’s risk, cyber, privacy, and audit teams, and translate regulations into practical policies and controls.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in AI governance and 5+ years in advisory roles with client delivery, plus experience in financial services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on AI governance/Responsible AI experience with policy, controls, risk, compliance, or assurance of AI/ML systems.
• 5+ years in compliance, risk management, or related advisory roles with client-facing delivery and team leadership.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Financial Services experience and knowledge of regulatory, risk, and governance environments.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable policies, processes, and controls.
• Progressive responsibilities including supervising others and managing multiple work streams.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements to stand up or mature AI governance programs across the lifecycle.
• Plan assessments, model reviews, control testing, and readiness audits for AI uses.
• Design operating rhythms and help clients implement three lines responsibilities with KPIs.
• Collaborate with Crowe teams to shape solutions, SOWs, pricing, and proposals.
• Develop and evolve AI governance methodologies, playbooks, and templates.
• Publish insights, speak at events, and support marketing campaigns.
• Supervise, coach, and develop consultants; manage engagement economics and recruitment.
