Referment is partnering with a global investment and technology firm to hire an attorney who will advise on responsible AI adoption across investing, technology and business functions. You will help teams pursue practical uses of AI while identifying and mitigating legal risks in a commercially grounded way.

The role sits within Legal & Compliance and works directly with business development staff, investment professionals and technologists.

Qualifications

• Bar admission and a law degree with 5–7 years in law firms or financial services.
• Ability to assess risk and translate complex issues into practical guidance.
• Strong drafting and communication skills across business and technical teams.

Responsabilités

• Advise teams on AI adoption while mitigating legal and regulatory risk.
• Review AI tools, vendor arrangements and data-use questions.
• Help develop and maintain AI governance framework.
• Provide guidance on emerging AI capabilities and regulatory implications.
• Draft policies and procedures to support compliance.
