Collaborating with partners, IT, Knowledge Management, and Professional Development, you’ll design programs, materials, and governance, ensuring ethical, confidential, and compliant deployment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Hands-on experience using legal generative AI tools.
• Experience in Legal Innovation, Knowledge Management, Legal Operations, Practice Management, Legal Technology, or Professional Development.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of firm-approved generative AI platforms across multiple practice groups.
• Design and deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Coach attorneys on integrating AI into daily work and create practical learning materials.
