Job summary

SCCMHA is seeking an AI Governance Program Coordinator to serve as the operational administrator of SCCMHA's AI Governance Program. This role coordinates, documents, monitors, audits, and reports on AI use cases, risk assessments, and governance activities within the organization.

Reporting to the Compliance & Quality disciplines, the position supports workforce education, governance dashboards, and regulatory readiness, ensuring ethical and compliant AI usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field as specified.
• Minimum three years in healthcare quality, compliance, AI governance, or related areas.
• Strong project coordination, documentation, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination for SCCMHA's AI Governance Program and serve as liaison.
• Coordinate AI use case intake, multidisciplinary reviews, tracking, and decisions.
• Maintain SCCMHA AI Registry and governance records, risk classifications, and audits.
• Maintain AI governance policies, forms, templates, and workflows.
• Coordinate vendor governance reviews and AI-related procurement activities.
• Develop and maintain AI governance dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
