Job summary

iTech Solutions, Inc. is seeking an AI Program Governance Consultant to coordinate AI intake, assessment, and lifecycle management.

You will work with Data Governance, Cybersecurity, Legal and Finance to prepare materials for Gen AI Council decisions and ensure responsible deployment aligned with policy and risk tolerance. You will develop governance policies, socialise standards, contribute to AI Champion activities, and maintain dashboards on usage, adoption and cost metrics across the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Knowledge of Generative AI concepts, capabilities, risks and use cases.
• Experience improving processes across crossfunctional teams without formal authority.
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and data governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central coordination point for AI intake, assessment, approval, lifecycle management and stakeholder engagement.
• Guide requestors through proposal submission and questionnaire completion.
• Coordinate risk and council assessments across Data Governance, Cybersecurity, Legal, Finance and other stakeholders.
• Develop and socialize AI governance policies, standards, and procedures.
• Maintain AI documentation defining usage policies and approved technologies.
• Develop dashboards and reports on AI usage, adoption and cost related metrics.
