T-Mobile US Inc. is seeking a Business Intelligence Senior Analyst to lead data-driven decisions across AI governance and platforms.

You will build the single view of AI by creating dashboards used by executives to monitor health, governance, and spend across enterprise AI initiatives. The role requires turning diverse data from cyber monitoring, CMDB, ServiceNow, MagentaU, and AI platforms into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years BI experience.
• Advanced degree with 3+ years in BI analytics preferred.
• Proficient in BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Support analytic needs using data from multiple sources.
• Own enterprise AI portfolio health view across platforms.
• Create holistic dashboards for senior management.
• Guide data strategy across AI platforms and training programs.
• Drive insights to improve employee experience and adoption.
• Build forecasting models for AI spend and compute cost drivers.
• Deliver showback dashboards with row-level security.
• Involve early in reporting needs and system design.
• Automate data pipelines for portfolio views and reports.
• Present analysis to senior management in verbal and written form.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
