Rocket Software is seeking a Vice President of Growth Marketing to lead its global growth marketing organization. This senior role will set the growth strategy, align ABM with Sales, Solutions, and Product, and drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes across a global team.

The leader will champion AI-enabled marketing, collaborate with executive leadership, and oversee initiatives that accelerate opportunities, expand bookings, and improve performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience.
• Experience leading a large, global marketing organization.
• Deep understanding of enterprise buying decisions and long sales cycles.
• Proven ability to set go-to-market strategy with cross-functional alignment: Marketing, Sales, Product.

Responsibilities

• Set Rocket Software’s global growth marketing strategy with measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Lead a global organization across ABM, insights, analytics, performance, and marketing technology.
• Partner with Sales, Solutions, and Product to define ICPs, segmentation, and priority plays.
• Sponsor cross-functional initiatives to remove barriers to growth and improve execution.
• Represent Growth Marketing to the executive team with clear recommendations and investments.
• Drive AI-enabled marketing capabilities and governance across teams.
